I am so thankful to have met Andy. We connected during a time in which I was hopeless and extremely doubtful that my house would sell. I was desperate to move so that my children and I could be in their school district by this fall to eliminate our long daily commute. I had put my home on the market in February of 2018 to catch the spring market, but it sat for 6 months with my previous realtor. It was only afterwards that I realized that my home had not been marketed properly. Many realtors began calling to see if I still wanted to sell, but I did not have a firm plan to put my home back on the market because I didn’t think it was possible.I interviewed about 10 realtors, simply smiling and nodding without any plan to move forward until Andy. He was extremely positive and optimistic that we could sell my place. He was thorough. He had a stager come and give recommendations which I followed. When things needed to be done, he found the handy man to do them for me. When the handy man over promised and under delivered, he rode with me and my fussy toddler to Menards to exchange cabinet knobs and hinges and spent hours installing them for me that evening. He told me he felt he could get it done in 6 weeks and even in a slow market, we had an offer on day 32. During the sale process several issues with my buyer arose that caused me a bit of stress, but he was always reassuring and worked hard on my behalf to rectify them. A few months later, my children and I are right where we want to be-a new home in their school district.
